There was a time when Lisa Granger felt her testimony wasn’t exciting or dramatic enough to share. She grew up in a Christian home and had a great childhood. Her story did not include a powerful transformation of overcoming abuse, addiction, or life on the streets. But she would later discover that all of our God stories are purposeful and powerful when we use them to glorify Him and encourage others. When tragedy struck her family, Lisa’s faith wavered. She lamented and prayed. She leaned on the all we need is a mustard seed of faith Scripture, but things did not turn out the way she’d hoped, and her mustard-seed faith prayers seemingly went unanswered.

Her calling was unfolding and God continues to show her the way. She loves sharing a message of hope: What hope is, where we get it, and how to live it out. She also loves pointing others to God, in Whom we find our worth and value. She helps women get untangled from their Superwomen capes and lies they believe, and she knows how because she’s been there.

When her season changed again she suddenly found herself an empty-nester. As Lisa says, “I was in my lane then my lane wasn’t there anymore.” Have you ever felt that way? I have!

Lisa started with a radio show where she shared a few thoughts and played contemporary Christian music, but when she had a conversation with a friend on the show, she was hooked. She loves talking with guests and through their stories she wants everyone to know they are precious in His sight, their story is worth sharing, and their passion is worth pursuing.

Lisa is a wife, mother, friend and recovering perfectionist. She loves a cup of coffee during her time with Jesus or with good girlfriends. She also loves helping and encouraging people while connecting with new friends and sharing their stories. Lisa and her husband Greg have 3 grown children and some fur babies as well. Lisa also enjoys reading, writing, singing, traveling, and crafting!
