Madison Shipman, former shortstop for the University of Tennessee and current shortstop for the USSSA chats on the Smart Softball Podcast. She recently came off a string of awards receiving the Honda Award, NPF Rookie of the Year, SEC Player of the Year just to name a few. Shipman practices an attitude of gratitude every day she steps on the field. She has her dad to thank for pushing her to be at her very best. Looking back we realize how important the lessons learned from our dads.
Madison Shipman Bio: Grew up in Valencia, CA. Shipman grew up playing for the SoCal Choppers. Madison went on to play shortstop for the University of Tennessee. She had a tremendous career at the University of Tennessee and was drafted to USSSA Pride in 2014.
