The Widow’s Might

We discuss the story of the poor widow who Jesus noticed giving her last two coins. Rather than focusing on the widow’s “mite,” we cannot help but see the widow’s “might” in the courage it took to give so deeply and freely. What motivates us to give? How can we share in the sort of might that drew Jesus’ attention and praise?
