Meredith is a multi-passionate creative, expat, and entrepreneur who has spent her life navigating diverse careers—from animation and software sales to school administration. But when she became a parent, her priorities shifted. Living in Spain with young children and no family support, she longed for a life that aligned with her values of creativity, connection, and freedom.

The next 14 years were spent as an “expat mom”, focused on creating (& recreating) home for her family and working in pockets of time around the kids’ schedules in a crazy patchwork of jobs & roles!

At 57, everything changed when she was made redundant, losing not just her job but also her work visa after 7 years in Canada.

Facing job rejections and disillusioned with the corporate world, she found herself at a crossroads. That’s when an unexpected moment of inspiration struck—an Instagram post from a woman living the freedom-filled life in Europe that Meredith had always dreamed of.

Seeing her story shattered Meredith’s belief that traditional career paths were the only option, and for the first time, she saw a clear way forward. She took a leap of faith into the world of high-ticket affiliate marketing, stepping into entrepreneurship as a way to reclaim her autonomy.

Now, she’s in “Nomad Launch Mode,” preparing to leave Montreal and build a life that reflects her deepest vision—one of freedom, empowerment, and helping other women align with their purpose.

Her dream? To collaboratively create wellness and spirituality retreats in Europe while supporting women in finding their own financial and lifestyle sovereignty.

Meredith’s story is about reinvention, resilience, and the power of trusting yourself to create something entirely new—at any stage of life.
