My guest today is Lauren Barrett. She is a multi-passionate mom, teaching students who are deaf and hard-of-hearing, coaching cross country, blogging about mindful/positive parenting, and as of recently writing an inclusive children’s book called Henry’s Hiccups which features a deaf character and biracial family. What is even better is that my book was illustrated by two of her former deaf students.
