It will be fresh, never frozen, and come from an environmentally friendly, sustainable source: your local farmer. Today’s guest is David Brune, he’s a professor of Agriculture Systems Management for the University of Missouri College of Agriculture…Food and Natural Resources. He has been working for years to design and build a sustainable saltwater aquaculture system that can grow fresh shrimp anywhere.
