Romans Chapter 7 is one of spiritual failure. It tells the story of a preacher who was failing God and he didn't understand why. He cried out unto God, and the Lord gave him the meaning of the New Covenant. His story is our story because we all have to go through Romans Chapter 7 to get to Romans Chapter 8, which is a life of victory empowered by the Spirit.
