I don't make new years resolutions, I set goals and work my tail off in an attempt to achieve them.  Goal setting is so important but often times our mindset does not match our goals and we either set to high of an expectation on our achievements or we set way too low of a goal to achieve and we never stretch ourselves.  In this episode of the process I talk about just that.  Setting and achieving your goals -- personal, business or career driven goals, it still applies.
