Most law offices do not have a case manager on staff. At Fleming & Curti, PLC, we are lucky to have several. We'd like to introduce one of them to you: Jennifer Sandoval, MSW.

Why do we have multiple case managers on staff? Because at Fleming & Curti, PLC, we often act as fiduciary. That can mean guardianship (of the person), conservatorship (of the estate), acting as trustee or agent under a power of attorney. Jennifer's work (as she explains) can address the care needs of people with a variety of disabling conditions. Our beneficiaries and principals might be mentally ill, developmentally disabled, victims of a traumatic brain injury, demented or otherwise unable to handle their own affairs. That's why case managers are useful in a law office.
