Her novel, Let the Church Say Amen, has been made into a movie with actress Regina King directing and Queen Latifah among the producers. ReShonda's novel, Say Amen, Again, received a 2012 NAACP Image Award in Outstanding Literature. She was nominated again in 2013 for her book, The Secret She Kept.
