Bob DeWaay: The Authority of the Bible
“God, after He spoke long ago to the fathers in the prophets in many portions and in many ways, in these last days has spoken to us in His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the world.” – Hebrews 1:1-2
In January 2009, we began a series on “The Essentials of the Christian Faith,” with Patrick Szalapski. That episode was an overview of seven essential doctrines of Christianity. The following year, we got into the doctrine of The Atonement, and in 2011 we did The Incarnation. Patrick couldn’t continue with us in the series, so we missed 2012, but we’re picking it back up for this episode and discussing The Authority of the Bible with Bob DeWaay. Lord willing, the Essentials will be the topic of our January episodes through January of 2017.
Bob originally presented this material in a seminar a few years ago that was focused on Sola Scriptura.
