Connor Irish is the Co-founder and CEO of PRXY.  Prior to launching the PRXY platform, Connor served as a real estate development attorney at premier global law firms, DLA Piper and Dorsey & Whitney LLP, where he represented institutional clients in the acquisition, financing, development and operation of real assets throughout the United States. Drawing on his real estate extensive experience, Connor personally designed the PRXY platform interface and drawdown protocols to bridge the traditional, core best-practice principles of real estate private equity financing with a state-of-the-art web3 solution tailored specifically to EB5 stakeholders. 

 A lot of you may know Sam Newbold, who is the Co-founder and Chairman of PRXY.  Sam is an exceptional immigration attorney, and serves as the Chair of the Immigration Law Group at CSG as well as a member of CSG’s Alternative Capital Group. Over the past decade, Sam has successfully achieved expedited processing for numerous EB5 projects, and has served on the American Immigration Lawyers Association National EB5 Committee.

Preston Pesek is PRXY’s Chief Operating Officer.  Preston spent a decade working in real estate private equity at Fortress Investment Group and SL Green. He subsequently co-founded his own company that was acquired by WeWork in 2019. Preston is an early-stage investor and board member in multiple technology companies, and has been an advisor to early-stage founders building products in consumer, SaaS, and B2B categories, with a focus on pre-seed to Series B stages.
