Episode #4 Fight For City Council

August 02, 2015

On today’s show I interview 2 candidates for the Nashville City Council seat for District 6 here in East Nashville. In the first segment of the show I interview the incumbent, Peter Westerholm and in the 2nd segment I interview community activist Brett Withers.

Listeners if you didn’t already take advantage of the early voting options, make sure to get to the polls and vote this coming Thursday August 6th. If you’re not sure where to vote, go to: www.nashville.gov/Election-Commission.aspx

And just as important as your vote, is your presence at East Nashville’s Annual Tomato Art Festival which takes place this Saturday August 8th!

Just head on over to the 5 Points area of East Nashville and treat yourself to some of the best food, drink, music and merriment that Nashville has to offer.
