Paul Knight - Telemates

Paul Knight is COO and co-founder of TeleMates a telecommunications company launched in 2002. Paul’s company specialises in providing a simple one stop shop solution to telecommunications products and services for business and residential customers across Australia.

Ben  Bucknell - On-Market BookBuilds

Ben is the CEO and founder of On-Market BookBuilds, which launched the world-first ASX BookBuild Facility in October 2013. The new ASX BookBuild Facility lets ordinary investors access IPOs and placements of listed companies, which have historically been restricted to the largest institutional investors. In the first 2 1/2 months after launch, companies used the facility to raise $85 million.

Ben has worked on some of Australia’s most complex transactions as an investment banker and corporate lawyer. Prior to OMB, Ben was employed by Macquarie Group, Washington H Soul Pattinson, and Allens Arthur Robinson. Ben has experience in IPOs and placements venture capital financings, acquisitions, and takeovers.
