Paul Jones - Communication Alignment

Paul over a 45 year career in Financial Services has developed an extensive and invaluable skill set for today’s environment. His skills have been developed whilst running his own vastly successful sales and advice business primarily servicing Accountants and General Insurance Brokers and the Corporate World.

Within his corporate experience Paul has evolved as a sales development and business transformation specialist and while focusing on enhanced communication skills between Advisers and their clients, developing marketing strategies and personally mentoring internal staff (and Advisers) he has become a highly sort after presenter for industry bodies, International Conferences and countless number of Dealer Groups.

Paul’s most recent history has allowed him to successfully develop workshops and seminars for SME Clients and he has become somewhat renowned as an expert in leveraging Third Party Relationships.

In his current business as Principal at Communication Alignment Pty Ltd his focus is on working with Financial Services Advisers and Providers to help the broader population create more certainty and a better future for themselves and their families. He tends to believe the key to this generally is through a greater emphasis on consumer education, financial literacy and responsibility.

Most importantly, Paul’s experience supports the theory that an enhanced distribution process will benefit by embracing the positive aspects of what’s working well, the integrity of what clients “wantâ€, recognising the massive gap between “information†and “knowledgeâ€, and building greater skills in how to “sell adviceâ€.

In an ever increasing “high tech†environment, Paul maintains there is a huge need for complementary “high touch†strategies and a greater focus on people and their values.
