Barnaby Howarth - Motivational Speaker

The course of Barnaby Howarth's life was changed completely after his mate made one bad decision after they'd been out for a few drinks. Barnaby is now a stroke survivor, but he is one of the lucky ones, bad decisions can do more than just change lives, they can end them. Now Barnaby wants to share his story to try and help people think before they act.

Before his stroke, Barnaby was a type 1 diabetic and an ex-AFL footballer for the Sydney Swans, since then he has become an author, a film maker, a University graduate, he has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, and he has played his 100th game of AFL for his local footy club.

Barnaby has achieved a lot since having a stroke, but he would rather not have had one in the first place, and now he wants to help audiences avoid making bad decisions through his motivational speaking.
