Elly Hurley – B Inspired 2

Elly Hurley is one of the Co-Founders of B Inspired 2, a company dedicated to educating through coaching and mentoring.

Elly shows you how to achieve this through the development and mastery of your mindset, creating a magnificence and mastery that will allow you to make a difference, a difference in your own life, your families lives and in the lives of others around you.

Early in her career as a Coach Elly realised that having the best skills and techniques to help others were pointless if she couldn't attract clients, so through studying others, working with mentors and trial and error she has developed a unique blend of marketer and coach. She now works with other Therapists and Coaches on Marketing their services for success. Successful marketing provides coaches and therapists with the opportunity to achieve the one thing they all desire - helping others whilst have a decent lifestyle of their own.

As an example of how one can achieve this, having worked with numerous clients over the last decade Elly identified over 80% of clients seeing her for personal coaching had an underlying self-confidence and self-esteem issue that related directly to their body image. Using this knowledge Elly developed a Certified Weight Loss Program which she is now teaching to other Hypnotherapists and NLP Coaches. This certified training is in a specific niche market, and therefore provides a strategic marketing tool to attract more clients. It provides Coaches with the total package - fine tuning their skills and being able to market them for their own success.

Tatiana Coulter - Monarch Advisory Group

Tatiana is a co-host on our Eagle Money show.

In 2012, Tatiana started her own Financial Planning business, Monarch Advisory Group. Monarch Advisory Group is a financial planning business who helps their clients from growing their wealth, protecting their wealth and using their wealth. The advantage of working with us is that we personally tailor a plane to suit you and your loved ones. Monarch does this by understanding where you are and where you want to be.

Tatiana has over 10 years experience within Financial Services with the last 8 years focussed on Life Risk. Tatiana has held Senior roles with a number of organisations such as Macquarie, AMP and OnePath (previously ING Australia) prior to starting Monarch Advisory Group.

Tatiana holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services, has completed the Life Risk Specialist (LRS) course through the FPA, and is completing the CFP (Certified Financial Planner) through the FPA (Financial Planning Association). Tatiana is also a member of the FPA, which is the highest professional body for the Financial Planning industry
