Shivani Gupta - Passionate People Institute

Shivani is Australia's expert on Tough Love.  Most leaders fall into either too soft engagement style or a hard line performance management style.

Shivani goes 'beyond engagement' to give leaders a practical way to get the best our of their people.

She is a CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) a professional speaking designation given to only 500 people globally.  She has received many awards including the Telstra Busines Women's Awards.

She hosted a business TV show which attracted over a million viewers.  She is a Fairfax columnist.  An author of 7 books and a regular or radio.

Shivani also serves on the National Speakers board and is also a director of heal for life an organisation dedicated to adult survivors of childhood abuse and trauma.

Fred Schebesta is a co-founder of Hive Empire which runs Finder.com.au - incorporating financial comparison websites including CreditCardFinder.com.au, PersonalLoanFinder.com.au, SavingsAccountFinder.com.au, LifeInsuranceFinder.com.au and HomeLoanFinder.com.au.

Fred was previously a marketing consultant at a publicly listed company, and was inspired to enter the financial comparison space as he realised the need for Australians to compare financial products and switch to help them save money and avoid traps. After work, Fred loves to spend time with his 2 year old daughter and wife swimming at Bondi Beach. Fred has a Bachelor of Finance degree.
