I have been managing a company which specializes in Sales Excellence, Corporate Coach Australia since 1994. I was Australia’s first Business Coach and have invented a staff selection IQ system just for selling called Sales Inventory Profile (SIP) which identifies who has the core capacity to succeed in a sales role.


All of my material is focused around recruiting good salespeople, training good salespeople and then coaching good salespeople. My entire journey since High School has been about selling, which is my absolute passion in business.


I hold a University degree in Economics (Accounting) and in Psychology.


Since leaving university in my early 20s, I have been a full time Salesperson in either my own business or working for other people. Over this time, I have worked as a Salesperson, Sales manager and Sales Recruiter.
