Christopher Donohue - Fourbuckets
A focused change leader, implementer and a forward thinking technologist, with expertise in quantitative research / diagnostics, analytics, collaboration, social connectivity, online learning and knowledge platforms. Christopher has extensive project management experience having delivered projects globally and across many sectors.
He is the creator of a new concept called Fourbuckets, an idea to get the right mix of technologies, tools and learnings embedded for organisational and personal success. As well as providing an online platform for independent coaches and trainers to leverage from.
The intention is to help people and their teams to be more effective, solve problems quickly and be more adaptable through the use of empowering technologies and by learning newer practices.
In Christopher’s spare time, he is on the Board of Management of Alkira, an organisation that provides a range of services (training, support and residential) for people with an intellectual disability.
Prior to Fourbuckets Christopher was at rogenSi, he led two practices; quantitative research (covering; competencies, talent management, behaviours, mindset and data analysis), information solutions (technology adoption, collaborative platforms, social business and process / workflow re-engineering), and learning solutions.
Christopher loves sharing information / keynote talks on collaboration, productivity, technology adoption, learning methods and enhanced ways of working in today’s modern world.
As an odd-ball insight (some may say eccentric) I live an brief technology innovation. So much so I went completed paperless 4 years ago (even scanned all my physical photos, then through them out), I went fully cloud-based 3 years ago and I can actually talk (instruct my computer to perform tasks).

Merrin Munroe - The Small Business Geeks
Merrin is the Chief Geek at The Small Business Geeks. Born out of a love of technology and the desire to assist small business get online, The Small Business Geeks primarily designs and develops websites and mobile sites. They are also constantly looking for smarter ways to use technology to automate online business practices so business owners get their time back.
Having worked in hospitality for several years, then in the technical back end of sports broadcasting for over 12 years, Merrin wanted to combine her passions of travel, working with small business owners, love of technology and design, problem solving skills using practical applications, and so she started The Small Business Geeks.
Years of constant travel, many conversations with hardworking small business owners with no time and a fear of technology, who were still doing much of their work manually, she knew she had found her niche!
Merrin’s passion for mobile started a couple of years ago when one day when trying to find her chiropractor on her mobile phone. She could barely move due to lower back pain, she found him online only to click on the phone number from the website and nothing happened. With no pen in sight, the frustration of not being able to click on the phone number to call, and in a lot of pain, she saw the need to change how we view and use websites on mobile devices.
Most websites aren’t optimized for mobile devices and if you are one of the 48% of Australians not using a smartphone, you will be soon. With more and more of us only using mobiles or tablets to access the internet, making your website mobile friendly is essential. Using technology to streamline your business through mobile devices is going to revolutionize how small businesses work.
So Merrin has decided to educate people about going mobile and the need for all businesses to think mobile in 2013.
Oh and she also likes Thai food, horse riding and watching movies. On the big screen, not her tablet.
