Tamara Reeves - Compass Training
Tamara Reeves is a learning and development professional who has extensive experience working with leaders and managers to improve the results they obtain through their people – the most valuable asset an organisation has.
As the director of Compass Training, a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), Tamara designs and delivers nationally accredited training programs aimed at developing key leadership, management and customer service capabilities. Tamara also mentors trainer/assessors to encourage consistency and high standards in training.
As an enabler of people through her dynamic approach, Tamara has been instrumental in driving organisational change, optimising human performance, as well as developing and delivering management solutions for a diverse range of market segments.
She has worked with large global and national corporations, consultancies and Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s) in these fields.

Tamara holds a Bachelor of Adult Education in Human Resource Development and Communications and a CIV in Training and Assessment. In 2012 Tamara completed her Diploma of Quality Auditing, the TAE10 Sustainable Practice Skill Set and a Statement of Attainment for BSBSUS501A Develop workplace policy and procedure for sustainability.

Mike Plener - Business Connector
Mike is the Co-Founder and Chief Exec of Business Connector. Here he helps business owners get the right tools and connections to ensure they grow their businesses rapidly and successfully. He works with business owners from the start–up stage, through the growth phases and through to a successful exit.
In his role at Business Connector he ensures that events and programs are successfully executed and create clear win-win-win outcomes.
A successful business builder and consultant with a 20-year track record in offline and online businesses, consulting, and start-ups, Mike studied at the Technical University of Denmark and Copenhagen Business School. Mike has over 25 years’ experience specialising in marketing and business development – both B2B, and B2C.
In the corporate world Mike worked in an aggressively expanding business where he learnt how to successfully integrate one merger/acquisition after the other, harnessing rapid growth. Since then he has built 2 consulting companies, launched online and offline, built several large brand campaigns, built successful teams, and, over the last several years, built a software business from zero to several million dollars in sales.
Additionally, Mike consults and contracts to forward–thinking businesses, and mentors entrepreneurs to ensure their business becomes a resounding success.
Mike is the author of “Twitter Wizard-a guide to Twitter for Business†and runs MasterClasses on Social Media Marketing & Business Growth Strategies. He’s just about to release his next book on how to grow your business successfully.
