Erin Steiner - Steiner Legal

Erin Steiner is the Principal Solicitor of the law firm Steiner Legal. Erin spent 18 years in the NSW Police Force before commencing her own legal practice. Her experience in the NSW Police Force included working mainly in plain clothes and as a qualified detective investigating serious crime. This experience has provided Erin with an advantage over other solicitors particularly in areas such as brief preparation, conflict resolution and court appearances.

After being admitted as a solicitor Erin worked at the NSW Police Force Professional Standard Command where she provided advice in NSW Police policy and disciplinary matters. Erin appeared as an advocate at the NSW Industrial Relations Commission on behalf of the Commissioner of Police in disciplinary matters.

Erin has appeared at various courts on behalf of clients such as the Local and District Criminal and Civil courts, Family Court and Federal Circuit Court, Fair Work Commission, Industrial Relations Commission and the Human Rights Commission.

Erin has completed a Masters in Family Law and is currently completing a Masters in Wills and Estates.
