Carol is a fitness pioneer who has brought fitness to the everyday lives of Australians and New Zealanders. In 1981, she produced an exercise record in NZ, which became a ‘gold’ record (top of the charts above the Rolling Stones for six weeks!). In Australia, Carol designed and implemented a ‘Fresh Start to Life’ program as part of the Life. Be in it campaign and produced Keep The Bounce In Your Step video program for the over 50s.
Carol is author of Five Minute Fitness and produced an additional 4 fitness videos. She has been a frequent TV presenter for home fitness products and her TV infomercial Slender Secrets aired throughout Australia and New Zealand on major television networks.
Carol is author of Alive and Kicking – the secrets of energy and vitality, which sold over 11,000 copies. She was the host for the TV infommercial ‘Journey to Longevity’ and 10,000 copies of her inspirational DVD ‘Health for Seniors’ have been circulated around Australia.
With over thirty years experience in presenting, training and television presenting, Carol has presented in eight countries and currently speaks on Personal Energy, Magnetism and Mojo and is also known as The Energizer MC for her innovative energy breaks during conferences.
Her business results speak for themselves, in management with 30 staff at the age of 23, established over 50 franchises in 12 months and increased retail sales from $36,000 to $6 million pa for one company within 12 months. Carol’s business experience includes face to face sales, DR TV, B2B, import/export, telesales, marketing, PR and promotions.
She recently launched on Facebook THE GLOBAL CAMPAIGN TO STOP CALLING PEOPLE OVER 50 OLD and her latest project is MIDDLESCENCE – adolescence the 2nd time round – revitalizing the attitude to the baby-boomer demographic.
