IMR have the philosophy that injury management is an active, coordinated and managed process resulting in early intervention, timely, safe and durable return to work outcomes.

The company has been helping employers to manage their injured workers and reduce their workers compensation premiums for more than 15 years. Our team understands that difficulties with return to work are most often not related to the injury, but rather other external factors impacting on an individuals capacity to recover.

All of IMR’s staff are fully qualified and accredited health professionals who are experienced and skilled in negotiating the Workers Compensation scheme to achieve return to work outcomes for both employers and injured workers. IMR pride itself as being the experts at assisting employers to negotiate the WorkCover system to ensure any claim has minimal financial and social impact on business.

Julia Bickerstaff - The Business Bakery

Julia Bickerstaff is the founder of The Business Bakery, a company and a community which helps women make a Healthy Income from their handmade, home based or other intentionally-small business.

Julia appears regularly as the finance expert on Channel 7s Kochie’s Business Builders and as the small business expert on ABCNews 24’s Finance Quarter. She writes for Smartcompany and Flying Solo, and also works privately in a coaching capacity with medium sized businesses.

Julia was previously a partner at global accounting and advisory firm Deloitte. While there she chaired the firm’s Innovation Council, was on the Inspiring Women Executive, led the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, championed the firm’s SME strategy and was on the board of the Deloitte Foundation.

Julia is a chartered accountant and an economist and a Mum of four.

Patrick Zuluaga - PMZ Marketing

Patrick Zuluaga has more than 25 years’ experience in senior marketing and business development roles with Australian and international companies.

Patrick is Director of PMZ Marketing a consultancy firm focused on helping small businesses achieve Better Marketing Results for their own organisations.

Patrick’s expertise is in getting the right marketing strategy and programs for his client’s businesses. Patrick and PMZ Marketing is all about using marketing for business development and how best to market products and/or services to the identified target market/s.

His career commenced in sales and business development with multi-national companies operating in Asia, the Pacific region and Australia. He has managed many marketing organisations in a number of industries and corporations.

PMZ Marketing specialises in helping clients achieve business success with better marketing results!
Outside his business, Patrick also donates his time and expertise as a mentor with the Central Coast Business Mentoring Service to help small businesses in his community. He also contributes as a board member at local business chambers and until recently at the Central Coast Conservatorium of Music. You might be surprised to learn that Patrick is an amateur photographer, family historian and genealogy researcher in his spare time.
