Arrnott Olssen

Arrnott first came to the attention of the Australian public as the larger-than-life performer with one heck of a set of vocal chords on the first season of the television series Popstars.

The then larger-than-life singer left such a distinctive impression on the audience that a cult following developed, and by the time Arrnott returned for the 2004 series his fan-base was snowballing with such momentum that it swept him to finish in 4th place, cementing Arrnott as a voice to be reckoned with.

Since then Arrnott has been writing/recording and performing across a wide range of music genres with a heavy emphasis on the House/Dance/Electronic music scene. Arrnott was also one of the pioneers of the live / DJ movement, being one of the first artists to team up with a DJ and combine live vocals with instruments, breaking new ground on the local club scene.

Not content with just music, Arrnott is also a talented freelance fashion stylist with music, television, radio and sports stars like Lizzy Lovette, Paulini, Damien De Montemas and Drew Mitchell, to name a few.

Always known as “the big guyâ€, Arrnott made a commitment to become healthy and fit, and last year, with the help of friend and trainer Shaun Button, he lost a staggering 80 kilograms – changing his entire look and life in the process.

His passion for Fitness, Fashion, Food and Lifestyle have culminated in his widely read blog Rogue Homme, gathering a rapidly growing following from around the world.

Faye-De-LantyFaye De Lanty - Fashion Hound

Faye De Lanty is a TV Presenter and Eco Fashion Blogger. She began her career at the age of 15 with Network Ten’s Totally Wild. During her decade with the show she learnt the full spectrum of the story telling process – researching, writing, producing, presenting and editing. Story telling is her absolute passion
Faye went on to work with other lifestyle shows, produce, MC, do TVC’s and work as a voice over artist but there was always something niggling away at her telling her to do more…To tell a story with more heart.

During her time living overseas in NYC and London – the whole concept for Fashion Hound was born. Unable to afford new and expensive clothes Faye would hit the thrift stores to put together looks for the many interviews, meetings and auditions she was going to on her work and career hustle. After lots of positive comments and questions about where she got her clothes from, Faye decided to share and Fashion Hound was born.

Named after her beloved Beagle of 13 years, Fashion Hound charts Faye’s constant hunt and search for fashion with a conscience. Planet Friendly Fashion. EcoChic.
Fashion Hound is a personal style blog focusing on vintage, thrift, second hand, recyled and DIY style, it also profiles brands, news and ideas in the eco fashion space. This however is just the beginning for the site – Faye wants to turn it into an eco fashion directory and an ecommerce store

‘Fashion is such a huge platform, we really should be using this influence to inspire, change and make a difference to our world’

Off the back of Fashion Hound – Faye now has a regular spot on Ch9 Mornings where she shows viewers how to get celebrity looks from thrift store loot, as well as easy DIY projects the audience can do at home.

Faye has also begun her exciting concept of VIP Thrift Shop Tours with the Red Cross – champagne, food, lucky door prizes, goodie bags and shopping for a very worthy cause. The first night 2 months ago sold out and the next one is Sept 11

Having originally been appointed to the board of a Retirement Village I spent about 20 years as a Chairman of a group of Retirement Villages and learnt a great about the challenges which face our ageing population now that we, men and women alike, can expect to live for 20 years longer than our grandparents.I have become a firm advocate of mediation a process whereby an independent person brings the disputing parties together and attempts to resolve their difficulties without the horrendous cost of Court cases and their emotional distress and distraction which they cause. There are now specialist mediation panels dealing with Family Law, Workers Compensation, Retail and Retail Leases, as well as many others.
