Gunilla Haglundh - Manly Murders
Gunilla Haglundh is a Swedish-Australian Business Journalist/Author. She has lived in Australia (Sydney, Manly) for ten years.
She has written 22 books, 19 non-fiction books about SME and 1 interview book with His Holiness The Dalai Lama + 2 crime fiction books -Manly Murders, which is Australia’s answer to Midsomer Murders.
Manly Murders consist of books (print, ebooks and audio on its way). There is also Manly Murders Walks for tourists on weekends based on the two books. There are also plans for Manly Murders television series.
15 September is the launch of Manly Murders VIP, membership based which give the members books, walks, coffee with the author and 10 per cent discount in 15 stores in Manly plus close suburbs.
Manly Murders also plans a JV with a café to carry its name.
Manly Murders will be translated to Swedish next year.

Lucia van Gerwen - The Designer Chicks
Lucia van Gerwen is an Interior Designer and owner of More Than Curtains, This an award winning business, providing custom made window coverings for discerning clients in Sydney for almost 25 years. Starting out in the inner West and focusing on renovations of Federation and Victorian Homes, Lucia worked alongside Krysler wallpapers and Pascol Paints. She then moved to Sydney’s Hills District in 1995 and formed a partnership with Mirvac Homes, supplying window coverings to over 200 of their display homes over an 8 year period.
Lucia founded The Designer Chicks in early 2012 in response to a lack of cohesion with Design genres, as well as a need for a sharing of skills and ideas in all Design sectors. Through her continued networking and past contacts, Lucia was able to hand pick a team of qualified and professional women in Design; all with the same ethos of quality and customer service that Lucia is known for. Her past experiences as a school teacher and Tafe lecturer has allowed Lucia to lead her Design team to achieve a Finalist Award in a major Australian competition in their first year of existence!!
