Josh Masters - Your Empire

Josh began investing in property at the age of 21. After spending his early years working long hours in hospitality and restaurant ownership he decided there had to be a better way.

He decided to go back to school to study interior design, working for 6 years as a designer and draftsman in residential design and renovations. He went on to successfully buy and sell a number of properties for his own portfolio before becoming a professional Buyers Agent with Your Empire in 2011.

Josh now specialises in helping time-poor professionals build their own successful property portfolios. He averages just over one property purchase a week for his clients, helping them locate, negotiate and often renovate properties in Sydney’s blue chip suburbs with an eye to building wealth.

Josh has contributed to the Switzer Super Report and has featured on Sky Business News. He writes regularly for his own blog and produces a monthly suburb report highlighting superior investment suburbs within the Sydney region and how to identify top-performing investments.

Josh is a licenced Buyers Agent and is soon to publish his first book Why Property Why Now.
