Gerard McCarthy - McCarthy Estate Agents

Gerard McCarthy is the Principal of McCarthy Estate Agents and has over 15 years experience in the real estate space.

Gerard originally trained as a draughtsman and before coming to Sydney, worked in Ireland, UK and the Middle East. Three years after arriving in Sydney he started a computer aided design company with four friends selling computer solutions to architects and engineers.

In his thirties, Gerard developed an interest in financial freedom. Having in his words, ‘put off’ getting his head around how to manage personal finances, he decided it was time to educate himself. He started reading books and participated in numerous courses and seminars. Like most of us, he has had his fair share of failures and successes and attributes this time to triggering his love affair with real estate which continues today.

Gerard began selling property off the plan and gained a great understanding of how marketing works. He then worked in traditional real estate sales for a large global real estate franchise, learning the ropes, before he opened McCarthy Estate Agents.

McCarthy Estate Agents handle sales, auctions, leasing and property management.
Gerard is passionate about the community, playing the beautiful game, coaching the Balmain Football Club’s Wildcats women’s team and promoting small business events and charities in the community as seen in his recently launched www.RozelleTV.com.au

Mark  Aranjo - Mark Aranjo

Mark has been Financial Planning since 2001. He has previously worked at Flowers Financial Planning and Macquarie Private Bank. He is now a director in his own firm based in Pyrmont. Marktakes a holistic approach to Financial Planning for his clients, from wealth accumulators through to retirees. Mark specialty lies in Medico’s and understanding their requirements from a Planning perspective.

Melissa Lambert - GWS Giants

Melissa works in Welfare with her Husband Craig Lambert at the GWS Giants, her roll consists off being apart of a support network for the young playing group at the Giants. This roll includes helping players out with day to day routines , also in the beginning helping boys in getting car licences. Melissa and Craig have 4 children of their own and their place has become a home away from home for the players,her open door/ open kitchen policy makes the Lambert home a constant hive of activity. Melissa helps the boys with life skills and also managing homesickness when it occurs . Her role is very rewarding as the boys starting growing into outstanding young men.
