Rod Walker
A CEO, Director and Chairman of proven capability. Having achieved an enviable record as a CEO since November 2005 has been appointed to several boards as an Executive Chairman, Chairman and Non Executive Director. Has led these companies through major acquisitions, mergers and to record results, whilst also working with the CEO’s on their personal development.
Companies often invest hundreds of thousands of dollars in ‘off-sites’, seminars and conferences; additionally many hundreds of planning hours go into these events. Unfortunately, and despite management’s best intention, these conferences end up being fun events that give the organization a fleeing blip in morale and sometimes in the company’s performance. Sustainable impact from a conference is unfortunately a rare occurrence in most organisations.
If you have a big event coming up, Rod may well be able to help you achieve the results you need.
Rod, following a set of guiding principles that have worked time and time again has designed over 40 business conferences ranging from 25 to 500 people. Rod’s formula and experience has guided companies to unprecedented success in this significant financial investment. He’s developed unique skills in being able to probe an organisation’s needs and then design conferences that will really make a difference to any organisation.
