Zookal is the largest student portal in Australia providing a variety of service lines that make students’ lives easier. The largest service line is Textbook Rentals which provides a faster, easier and cheaper alternative to what is available disrupting the current textbook market.
We solve one of the biggest pain points for price-conscious students by providing textbooks at a fraction of the price that they are currently getting them for in the Australian market. Zookal also provides a digital notes platform and internship programs for international students.
John Skufris - Ray White Commercial (Office Leasing) Sydney
John Skufris joined Ray White Commercial in 2009. Ray White Commercial is part of the Ray White Group, Australia’s number one real estate agency, with over 1000 businesses and 12,000 people in 11 countries.
As an undergraduate, John worked with The Edge Commercial in East Sydney & later as Senior Negotiator with Tim Green Commercial.
His clients have included Charter Hall, Deicorp, Dymocks Group of Companies, Meriton & Stockland. He has assisted office & retail tenants including Ancestry, ANZ, Baubridge & Kay, Jurlique, Lufthansa, UNICEF & Wittner’s Shoes in securing new premises.
John has completed the University of Technology’s Bachelor of Land Economics course & was awarded Honours. The course covers real estate, valuation, funds & asset management & property development.
