Natasha Hawker – Employee Matters
Natasha started Employee Matters, with her partner Mark because they see many small to medium businesses (SMEs) that desperately need help with their people issues. We believe that you need HR support at particular times in your business but not necessarily in a full-time capacity.
We know that to have a successful business you need to be surrounded by a great team to help you deliver your service or product and free up your time to focus on your business critical issues.
So they integrated Natasha’s extensive HR and business experience with Mark’s finance background, to provide the HR support and business understanding that you need.

Emma Veiga-Malta - My Bespoke Chair
Emma is an artist and fabric designer with 14 years experience in Europe and Australia. She graduated with a Fashion degree in London before briefly working in fashion PR and publishing. In 1998 she moved to Geneva, Switzerland where she set up a studio; painting, exhibiting and creating art work for residential, retail and hospitality clients.
In 2010 she moved to Sydney where she immediately set up ‘Bespoke Art’, a small art, fabric and upholstery company. ‘My Bespoke Chair’ followed in 2012. It is a design-your-own chair website. The idea came from the many clients at ‘Bespoke Art’ ordering feature chairs and wanting to have some design input.
With technology and the internet streamling business, Emma wanted to make design more accessible and challenge traditional design environments. ‘My Bespoke Chair’ gives the customer design control. You choose the chair style, the wood finish, the fabrics and trimmings in any combination. The ‘point, click and spin 360′ design tool is fully interactive and intuitive, making designing easy and fun.
‘My Bespoke Chair’ is an online pure-player focusing on chair design for the Australian marketplace, but plans to expand abroad and increase its range of products to include cushions and lampshades.
Emma still runs ‘Bespoke Art’ for individual art and fabric design projects.
