Shane Duffy is People and Culture Manager at EI, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Industrial Relations and has also attained postgraduate qualifications in Legal Studies. In addition, Shane is a Senior HR Manager in EI’s HR Outsourcing Division. Shane has a strong background in Industrial Relations and forming consultative HR-business partnerships. He has successfully forged partnerships with operational managers and business entrepreneurs across the company’s client base, managing the delivery of broad, innovative and tailored HR services and strategy to meet their ongoing needs.
