Phil-Lee-PhotoPhil Lee – Peak Performance Training

Phil Lee is one of Australia’s leading authorities on Trust-Based Selling as well as being a dynamic professional speaker, sought-after sales coach and the author of the ground-breaking book, The Game Changer – My Journey from “you’re fired†to “fired up†– How to get he best out of your sales career and your life.

One of Phil’s more dubious claims to fame is that up until the age of 28 he was an abject failure and had been fired from every job he had!

Thankfully for Phil and his family, after a few years and much research and painful experience, he managed to figure out what it REALLY takes to blast through the sales performance ceiling and to live a life that he did not previously believe was possible!

Phil now inspires and works with other sales and business people who are looking for the same result.

Phil is all about RESULTS and CHANGING THE GAME IN YOUR FAVOUR – whether he is motivating a sales team as an engaging and dynamic speaker or working closely with teams and individuals as a sales and performance coach.

As an acknowledged expert in his field, as well as writing his own ground breaking book, he has written over 100 articles for high profile business publications such as MyBusiness, Dynamic Small Business, Sales Professional Magazine and PWC’s Clever Companies magazine.
