Stephen Hathway – SV Partners
Stephen is a director of SV Partners (NSW), with extensive experience in professional and commercial insolvency matters across Sydney and New South Wales’ western region.
Having worked on a diverse amount of external administrations, Stephen has a comprehensive understanding of business turnaround strategies and asset restructuring.
Part of his approach to the varied insolvency assignments he is exposed to involves hands-on, trade-on and sale value adding.

Jed Elderkin – EMarine Australia
Jed Elderkin, principal and director of Emarine Australia has years of international marine industry experience.
Jed has a lifelong passion for boats and boating and started out in the industry in 1976, working a summer job at a marina in Boothbay Harbor, Maine USA while still a student. Following studies at the University of Maine, Jed moved to Florida and spent the following years working on and with boats in Sarasota and Fort Lauderdale, including numerous trips up and down the eastern seaboard and Intercoastal Waterway, Bahamas and The Virgin Islands.
In 1988, Jed established his first boat sales enterprise, Maine Trailerboat Sales, and purchased pre owned boats in Florida for resale in Maine. This business was a great success and was operated until 1993, when he first moved to Australia.
Following the move to Australia, Jed saw the rapid growth of the “Downeast Style†pleasure boat market in his native USA. This niche market had grown from a few local builders producing small numbers of lobster boats converted for pleasure use to a design standard being replicated throughout the world. Knowing how well these vessels would translate to Australian conditions led to the formation of Emarine Australia and the exclusive dealership for Back Cove and Sabre Motor Yachts.
Adrian Abrate – Mohawk Media
Adrian is a pragmatic, creative problem solver with a 15 year business development and technology background. Recently he ran an online tech business built over four years from the the ground up and employing four staff members. This business was built using a combination of online search strategies and old fashioned business development.
Currently Adrian is working on his new content marketing start-up called Mohawk Media.
