Most of us ENFPs value friendships and live by a rather special set of values. So what can you do when your school or workplace, and colleagues there, live by different rules?

I had this life-changing experience when I was living in Spain that gave me an awesome opportunity to see into my future and predict future behaviour...before it was too late. 

I bet you've been in this situation. Despite all your support and desire to help, well, they just aren't changing. It's safe to say you're moving in different life directions. 

I've lived in 7 countries and had experienced this each and every time I've moved and it blows my mind how little most people consider this. 

If you think this doesn't affect you, you're wrong. When people quote stats like these two it changes opinions and ultimately changes lives...but guess what...they're total BS. 

When I was younger, and don't ask me how this was possible being an ENFP, I had (what I thought was) a highly analytical view of the world, all logic. Boy, was I wrong!

This is one of those episodes I wish someone else made for me 15 years ago. It may be a little hard to hear, but I guarantee you'll be happy you listened to it. 

This may be the most important episode I make this year about careers for idealist types (ENFP, INFP, ENFJ, INFJ).

"What are you talking about, man?! You've been through a ton!"...and this is where the self-reflection began.

For an ENFJ, choosing the right major, job, or career is essential to sharing your gifts with the world! You can do SO MUCH, but you've got to be on the right path.
