Pamela Frost has had to overcome quite a bit of medical conditions associated with having kidney vasculitis. This includes not being able to have kids early on in her marriage due to her medical issues. She has found a way to have kids and manage her illness in such a way that she is now enjoying life to the fullest. She is a runner, and lives a great creative life with her family!

Pamela has done some guest posting for this site. She is such a great person that I have gotten to know because of the show. I love her #epicsummer2014 that she does with her kids!
