Downtime - The Mountain Bike Podcast
Noga Korem – Enjoy the Ride
Noga Korem is one of the top riders on the EWS circuit, and we sat down a couple of weeks back in Innerleithen to find out more about her. We chat about growing up and riding in Israel, and her early cross country racing roots. Find out about the challenges Noga faced with eating disorders and overtraining in those cross country days, and how she nearly quit mountain biking all together. We chat about her quick progression in EWS from privateer to a full factory rider taking second in the 2019 overall. We also chat about Noga’s more recent time spent on the downhill circuit, the 2021 season and plenty more. Sit back, hit play and listen to this episode with Noga Korem.
You can find Noga on Instagram @nogakorem and you can check out the Israel Enduro Series on Facebook here.

Canyon
Over the last few weeks, I've been riding the Canyon Spectral CF 29 LTD. As one bike to do everything, the Spectral really excels. It's light and climbs with efficiency and heaps of grip, but point it downhill and its 150mm of travel really excels. The geometry is confidence inspiring and easy to ride fast, and the suspension platform provides a great amount of grip and support. If you want to find out more, then you can head over to canyon.com.
