The rainbow that we see after a storm is such a beautiful sight, but the world seems to have forgotten its meaning and purpose. After the Flood, God made a covenant with Noah: He promised to never flood the world again and destroy all flesh. The rainbow is God's visible sign of His everlasting promise! Not only do we see it, but God sees it and is reminded of His promise also.
