Today’s episode is about cyborgs with Ashley Shew (@ashleyshoo) and Jillian Weise. Ashley is an assistant professor at Virginia Tech in the Science, Technology, and Society department and her current work centers on the idea of technoableism, a critical lens to narratives about technology and disability. Jillian is a poet, performance artist and disability rights activist. Jillian has written about being a cyborg for Granta and the NYT.
