No. 11: Introducing ... Lucette
We're still basking in the afterglow of this year's mind-blowing Interstellar Rodeo. Lucette, a new country-folk artist from Edmonton, was one of the performers -- playing tunes from her haunting debut, Black Is The Color, produced by Dave Cobb.
On this week's episode of Dirt City Limits, Edmonton Journal music writer Sandra Sperounes talks to Lucette about murder ballads, High School Musical, touring with veteran musician Joe Ely, and birthday celebrations.
