From the conception of my business, I have been asked multiple times over the years if I accept male clients and I’ve always had the same answer – a hard and definite “No, never”.

But over the years I have began to reevaluate my thinking after being asked so many times; and then recently I was asked if my reasoning was coming from a valid place- or if it’s coming from my own past experiences and limiting beliefs about working with men.

This was a moment where I had to sit myself down and really evaluate if I was allowing these thoughts to continue to hold me back in my life (and business).

In this episode I talk about how to constantly be having mental check-ins with yourself and your belief systems, and if they are still coming from a good place, or if it’s time to evolve.
