S6 Ep3: Derm Detectives with Dr. Miranda Waugh
The Derm Detectives are back! Dr. Kerri Purdy and Dr. Mark Kirchhof are our sleuths as you, the Dermatology Residents, present them with challenging dermatology cases. And this episode's case may be the most challenging one yet. Will our Derm Detectives solve it or get stumped?
We're really happy to have Dr. Miranda Waugh presenting her challenging case to us today. Miranda is a fourth year dermatology resident at the University of Ottawa. And she is the CDA Residents and Fellows Society Representative for 2024-25. Dr. Waugh is also the co-founder of Sty-Lives, a national skin cancer education initiative for hairstylists with Save Your Skin Foundation.
Let the sleuthing begin!
Dr Mark Kirchhof is the Division Head of Dermatology in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Ottawa and The Ottawa Hospital. And the president-elect of the CDA. If you are a resident with a challenging case you'd like to test on the Derm Detectives, drop us an email at education@dermatology.ca
