* Smiling goes a long way.* Asking someone how your day is going.* Shake hands when meeting someone.* The power of using someone’s name* Introduce yourself by sharing your name * Remembering someone’s name can go a long way. * Be complementary towards others. * Try to bond with patients by similarities you may have or by learning about each other’s differences* Use eye contact when speaking to someone.* Smiling goes a long way.* Get out of your comfort zone.
