Rejection hurts all of us in many ways, but many of us handle it differently.  Some of us internalize it to a point that causes self-doubt and harm to ourselves.  The problem with this is rejection is seldom about you.

Often times in life, many people feel like that can never win.  This can be traced back to trauma that may have been experienced earlier in a person’s life. Trauma made that person a victim and often a victim to their own life.
