Shane’s tip? “Make a continuous effort to learn from your peers.” As he puts it, “We shouldn’t be leading alone. We shouldn’t be afraid to learn from our peers, know what drives them, when they have felt disconnected or obtained success, and what areas they are most knowledgeable in.”
