Tune in to hear Doug Vlchek—known around the Village as the beloved YODA—impart his “final” words of wisdom (before his retirement) on How to Lead the DaVita Way. Yoda is an original citizen of our DaVita Village, and helped build and lead the Wisdom team as VP/Chief Wisdom Officer until 2006.

In this episode, Yoda suggests finding your one thing that connects your heart, and spreads the DaVita Way. He suggests many simple ways to tap into the DaVita Way such as a call and response (e.g. One for all, Yo DaVita), or giving teammates a hug when you see them, or finding a quote or phrase that has meaning to you, and bringing it to your team.
