Continuing on the topic of feedback—this week we are joined by Ray Follett, a Group Vice President supporting Kidney Care Operations. He takes us through his journey of mastering the art of asking for feedback. Most importantly, how to effectively receive it.

Early in Ray’s career, he was unclear on what he was doing wrong when he was faced with some tough feedback in the workplace. After that, he made it a point to actively ask for feedback so he could truly improve.

Ray walks us through his best tips including asking for specific feedback before performing, and how to generously listen to it when it’s coming to you.
