Most salespeople are trained on a playbook, hit the auto-dialer, and begin to belt out their rehearsed lines. Worse yet, those among them often considered “the best” are merely slightly better than the most at memorizing objection handles or pithy quotes from the playbook.
The Conscious Selling methodology takes a radically different approach, one built for today’s buyer, one who is constantly learning and adapting to the market and whose needs are constantly evolving and changing—far faster than your playbook can keep up with.
I don’t focus on static plays and already-dated playbooks. Instead, I focus on teaching your team how to achieve continuous value alignment with your buyers.
The approach is consultative, no non-sense, and most importantly integrity-based. My reps have conversations that create win-win-win deals for business, customer, and customer’s customer alike.
