3716 – August 25, 2025 – The First Amendment Protects Truth – Is lying a protected “art” in the First Amendment? Can you say and do anything by hiding behind the First Amendment?  Whatever happened to the “slander” laws? Is it OKAY for the media to lie and/or set forth propaganda to hide the truth in order to mislead the American People? Example: the laptop from Hell. They knew it belonged to Hunter. WHAT about Russiagate? They knew it was all based on a lie.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances”. The First Amendment protects truth, not lies.

The First Amendment is made for the People, not for the politicians and not for a lying anti-American press.  When the press, the media lie to the American people they are no longer working for Liberty. They are no longer out to bring the truth; they are the deceivers and connivers.

We the People must demand truth, and Real Truth must be followed with True Justice.
