3569 – January 30, 2025 – For Such a Time as This Americans Must Bond Together – I have started every prayer with this statement for several years… For Such A Time As This – but today, our hearts are much heavier than yesterday. Father God, such a time breaks our hearts. May all those souls lost in the tragedy be now in your presence. May your comforting arms be around their friends and loved ones as they grieve in utter shock with the magnitude of their immediate loss. Pray, Abba Father, that America today feels your presence and comfort as we all gasp and grieve over such great losses.

In the wake of such an awful evening the political news seems unimportant, does it not? I will say that it has been a rough January and tragic beginning to 2025 for America. We started out with a terrorist attack in New Orleans, then the horrific fires destroying thousands of homes (we are yet to have accurate death toll) and last night as we come to the end of January the midair collision taking 67 lives.

Psalm 121:1 – “My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth” “He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber” – “Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep” Psalm 121 is considered a pilgrimage psalm. It can be interpreted as a moment of introspection and acknowledging human limitations. It can also be interpreted as a time when someone can expect divine help and protection.
